Hope you all had a good weekend. Did anyone make a bird feeder? If you did put photos on Facebook.
Today we are doing bark rubbings. Take some paper and crayons outside ( wax crayons work best if you have any ). Put the paper against the bark of the tree and rub the crayon backwards and forwards and you will see the pattern of the tree emerge. You can use one colour or different colours and if you have no trees you can do it on your decking or patio or with leaves. When you have finished make a note of where in the garden your rubbing or rubbings were from and keep them safe because you will need them later in the week !!
